Homayoun S. Amin
Dr. Amin is a graduate of the National University of Iran, Tehran, Iran. He moved to New York to complete his residency in internal medicine at Interfaith Medical Center and St. John’s Episcopal Hospital. Dr. Amin completed his cardiology fellowship at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, St. Francis Heart Center, and Metropolitan Hospital Center at New York Medical College.
He is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. Dr. Amin is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Since joining Atlanta Heart Associates in 1992 he has served as Chief of Staff at Henry Medical Center in Mcdonough, GA, and Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, GA. He specializes in general cardiology with a focus on hypertension, cardiomyopathy, and coronary artery disease. He is accepting patients at the Mcdonough Riverdale, and Jackson offices.
