Gregory Petro
Dr. Petro received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. He then attended Jefferson Medical College, where he completed his medical degree. Afterwards, he completed his internship and residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and his cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Cardiovascular Institute.
Dr. Petro is board certified in Cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine and in Nuclear Cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is the medical director of the Congestive Heart Failure Program and the Chairman of the Prescription and Therapeutic Board at Piedmont Henry hospital. He has been recognized yearly as a Top Doc by Atlanta Magazone since 2019.

Dr. Petro is the best. Period. When I was first diagnosed with heart disease after hospitalization for omental infarction and discovered I'd had previous heart attacks I was pretty low and depressed. He helped me in more ways than treating my heart. He brought me peace. And he's easy on the eyes, too, hehe. Friendly, professional and experienced. He's got it all. 10 out of 5 stars.
